How long do Luxe Tresses styles typically last?
With proper care, braids and crochet installs last 4–8 weeks. Lace units can be reused multiple times when stored on a mannequin head.
Can I heat-style the synthetic fibers?
Our heat-resistant synthetic collections can be styled on low to medium heat. Always check the product label for the safe temperature range.
What density should I choose?
150% is natural and everyday, 180% adds glam volume, and 250% delivers a full, dramatic silhouette. Your stylist can help you decide.
How do I choose the right length?

Do you offer wholesale for stylists?

How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Final-sale and custom items are non-refundable.
How should I store my wig when not wearing it?
Keep it on a wig stand or mannequin head, away from direct sunlight and dust. For travel, use a silk or satin storage bag.
